Processing Time
Orders for pliers and apparel are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier once the expected delivery window has passed.
